The Boys & Girls Clubs in New Jersey is a mechanism through which various Boys & Girls Clubs in the state of New Jersey are chartered by BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS OF AMERICA can work together to strengthen and grow the Boys & Girls Club Moment in New Jersey. This purpose shall be achieved by:
| a) promoting the Movement through cause marketing, public relations, special events and various other brand building activities;
b) promoting and strengthening Boys & Girls Clubs’ relationships with public and private agencies throughout the state; c) advocating on behalf of youth and member agencies throughout the state; d) identifying and securing funding in support of the corporation and its member agencies through corporate, foundation and government entities, special events and individual giving; e) increasing the capacity of member agencies through board development, resource development, staff development, organizational development, networking, shared services, social entrepreneurship and volunteer development and recognition. |
